The Archdiocese of San Francisco welcomes all Baptized Catholics who are not Confirmed to join us in preparation and reception of the sacrament. We encourage you to complete your initiation sacraments. Please contact your parish or the Office of Religious Education and Youth Ministry (415-614-5650) for more information.
For individuals who are Baptized but whish to recieve their Confirmation and Eucharist please contact your parish for details of the process.
Confirmaton preparation for adults who have been Baptized and received Eucharist are at the parish or diocesan level. Please check in your parish for these options. The Sacrament is then received in the parish or at regularly scheduled Archdiocesan celebrations at the Cathedral of St. Mary.
The application for Archdiocesan preparation of candidates for Confirmation is below. If using this form remember you must bring proof of your Baptism and Eucharist. Interviews are required with the form to your home parish.
